BOTOX®
*Botox is made from botulinum toxin type A. Administered in small doses, it is a safe and effective way to smooth wrinkles in the face and neck. It works by blocking the nerve impulses that tell your muscles to contract, temporarily paralyzing muscles that cause wrinkles. This results in skin that has a smoother, more refreshed appearance.
Botox typically is used to improve the vertical creases between your eyebrows, creases or furrows on your forehead, Crow’s feet, and frown lines.
Will my face look overdone or unnatural?

How much time does treatment take? Will it hurt?
The actual injection process takes a quick 10 minutes. Your specialist will discuss your treatment goals and perform a facial analysis to determine the appropriate treatment areas for you. Then, some patients report that being injected with BOTOX® Cosmetic feels like a pinch. Your specialist may use ice to numb the treatment area. Or, if you are concerned about discomfort, your specialist may apply a topical numbing cream before administering your treatment.
Treatment requires minimal downtime. So you can return to your daily routine immediately after you leave the office.
Will I see results quickly? How long do treatment effects last?
You may begin to notice results within 24 to 48 hours, with results lasting up to four months for moderate to severe frown lines. Remember that results vary from patient to patient though, so your physician will plan your next appointment based on your results and aesthetic goals.
How much Botox will I need?
Well both Men and Women are different. The pictures below are a general guideline of recommended dosages that are used on different areas of the face. Our nurse injectors take time to talk with each of our clients to determine the best dosage for the best outcome.

Frown lines form when facial expressions are made as the muscle under the skin contracts. Over time, as your skin ages, these repeated expressions cause lasting frown lines. Neurotoxins, such as XEOMIN®, are prescription medications that block the release of chemicals that cause these muscle contractions so frown lines are softened.
XEOMIN® is made through a unique precision manufacturing process that isolates the therapeutic component of the molecule and removes the accessory proteins that don't play an active role in treatment. XEOMIN® is a highly purified neurotoxin. Studies have not been performed to determine whether the presence or absence of accessory proteins has a long-term effect on safety or efficacy.
